These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ShopFlow, including its seller onboarding, product catalogue, checkout, payment, delivery-coordination and related services.

By creating an account or using ShopFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not create or use an account.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Buyers and Sellers

ShopFlow connects buyers with independent sellers. ShopFlow is not the seller of record for marketplace listings unless explicitly stated. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality and legality of the goods they sell.

3. Payments and Escrow

Where ShopFlow integrates with mobile money providers (such as M-Pesa, MTN MoMo or Airtel Money), banks, or other payment providers, those services may be subject to their own terms, limitations, fees, availability and transaction requirements. Funds held pending delivery confirmation are subject to the refund and dispute-resolution terms described in the final version of this agreement.

4. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where there is a material breach of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent use, a security risk, or where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShopFlow is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopFlow will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other appropriate means.

7. Governing Law

The applicable governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism will be confirmed in the final legal version of these Terms.

1. Information We Collect

Account details (name, email, phone), business/seller details, product listings, order and payment history, device and location information used for delivery coordination, and support communications.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the marketplace, process orders and payments, coordinate delivery, verify sellers, detect fraud, provide customer support, and communicate service updates.

3. Sharing

Information is shared with payment providers, delivery partners and other sellers/buyers only as necessary to complete a transaction, and with authorities where required by law.

4. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
